As a Recruiter for our University Recruiting program, you’ll be working in one of the most exciting and impactful spaces in the recruitment organization, helping to build the Redfin campus recruiting footprint.
The Role
Our University Recruiting team is growing and is looking for someone to join and make an immediate impact. Playing an integral role on the team, you will be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including: resume review, organizing and leading on-campus or virtual events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the candidate lifecycle from application to hire. In addition, you would be the connector on campus, cultivating strong partnerships with universities and student groups alike and leading impactful events and experiences.

Manage full-cycle recruiting process for interns, and new graduates across Tech, Product, and Design, and Business Operations teams.
You'll be a liaison between colleges and universities, student organizations, and Redfin.
Utilize a web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting.
Ensure a positive, smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience and serve as the point of contact for prospective interns and new grads.
Assist in the strategic planning of fall, spring, and all out-of-cycle (i.e., Summer/Winter) campus events, including, but not limited to career fairs, information sessions, athlete nights, etiquette dinners, etc. Coordinate logistics for all on-campus events, including job fairs and recruiting days.
Plan and execute on-campus interview days, including, but not limited to: schedule creation, space procurement, candidate travel, greeting, and seating candidates, arranging catering, etc.
Manage vendor invoices and University Recruitment budget.
Oversee inventory management of all University Relations giveaways, swag, and collateral; prepare and pull inventory as needed, in addition to assisting with budgeting and inventory forecasting.
Support management of university job board postings for both intern and new grad positions on college job boards (i.e., Symplicity, Experience, Handshake, etc.)
Maintain intern/new grad data entry in HR systems.
Track sources of hire and intern conversions for statistical / reporting / target-school identification purposes.
Drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer accept.
Become a talent adviser for hiring managers, influencing their decisions.
Partner with multiple departments to drive the intern program.
Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision-making and build trusted partnerships.
Support the broader University Recruiting by owning programs and projects such as the intern program, university relations, etc.
Skills & Experience
Experience managing and designing campus recruitment and/or early career professional development programs strongly preferred.
1-2 seasons of University Recruiting experience, closing competitive candidates with multiple offers (technical roles) preferred.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
A passion for engaging with and fostering university talent.
Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, team members, and Universities.
Must have a strong command of ATS systems and Google Calendar.
3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in campus or university recruitment
Current knowledge and understanding of D&I best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection, and engagement.
Proven experience partnering with professional diversity organizations both at the national and campus level.
Demonstrated problem solving and fact-finding capabilities.
Experience working cross-functionally.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Experience partnering with internal and external leaders to inform and support the direction of inclusive recruitment.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% during peak (non- Covid) recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.
