Align Technology is poised for continued incredible growth and as part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in how we connect with Early Talent around the world. We are looking for a builder, someone who knows how to start from a greenfield and grow it into something unique. You are resourceful, influential, see problems as opportunities, and get things done with minimal oversight. Your key deliverables will be focused on hiring best-in-class talent across Intern, Co-Op and New College Grad hiring.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Career you’ll partner closely with Align’s Global Early Career Talent team to recruit the world’s best Interns, Co-Ops and New Grads across the company. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, you will also be responsible for creating and executing innovative and exciting branding events offered on campus (both virtual and in person). This includes on-campus recruiting events as well as representing Align Technology at conferences, hack-a-thons, and many other public events. Another key element to this role is building long term campus relationships with faculty and staff, bridging together a unified vision for academia, and driving partnerships across research and other collaborative opportunities.

In this role, you will…
Provide world class recruiting support in hiring all Early Career Talent roles, including, but not limited to: Interns, Co-Ops and New Graduates
Act as a recruiting consultant, providing stakeholders the insight, education and support they require in making hiring decisions.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by representing Align Technology with integrity and professionalism, while speaking passionately and authentically about our purpose and values
Lead the planning and execution of on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, conferences, hackathons, and more.
Develop deep relationships between Align and key stakeholders at Universities, Colleges and other academic institutions, becoming a trusted partner in collaborative efforts (research grants, capstone projects, donations).
Provide support across new early career programs, including managing interns experience, performance management tracking, mentor training, and more.
Maintain a high level of data integrity. Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our applicant tracking systems and other digital platforms while leveraging hiring data to provide insights on how to pivot our recruiting strategy.
In this role, you’ll need …
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within Early Career Talent, University Recruiting and/or University Programs preferred.
A proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across all functions (technical & non-tech) with hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
Dedication to university recruiting or other similar early career programming, with a drive to create unique and cutting-edge programs.
To be organized, a resourceful problem-solver, a reliable team player & a nimble learner with a high attention to detail and follow-through to project completion.
The ability to thrive in a constantly evolving organization and operate independently.
To be proactive in identifying and taking on new projects.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, and proactive customer service skills with the ability to speak fluently in the regional dialect of your location.
Bilingual competency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, Chinese and/or Japanese are a plus.
Creative and business-focused problem-solving skills with commitment to continuous improvement of programs, processes and practices through data driven outcomes.
A BA or BS degree or graduate degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology, or a similar degree in a related field.
