Her experience and expertise lie in building recruitment strategies and managing university relationships. Michelle excels at developing and implementing comprehensive plans designed to attract top talent to the company from a diverse range of technical backgrounds.

Michelle received her B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University. When she is not engaging with students through the hiring process, she enjoys traveling, watching her children's sports events, and spending quality time with her husband and their two teenage children.
