Joy Osborne is passionate about guiding early career talent and helping the next generation build careers they love. With 25 years of experience spanning education and corporate talent development, she began her journey as an elementary educator in Cupertino, California, and Tanzania, Africa, before transitioning to university recruiting in tech. At eBay, NetApp, and Palo Alto Networks, she built programs that empowered students and new grads to navigate their career paths with confidence.

Now leading University Recruiting Programs at Snap, Joy is dedicated to cultivating talent, fueling innovation, and connecting young professionals with opportunities that make an impact. Her work reflects a deep commitment to mentorship, ensuring emerging talent finds meaningful careers that align with their passions.

Beyond recruiting, Joy is a longtime advocate for the arts, serving as a performer, alum, and board member of Children’s Musical Theater San Jose. She is also proud to serve as a board member for Look What She Did!, an LA-based nonprofit whose mission is to inspire women and girls to greatness by sharing stories of remarkable women who changed the world.

She recently relocated to Santa Monica and is excited to explore her new community while continuing her lifelong mission of empowering and elevating early career talent.
