Ashley Scott has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ashley joined IMC’s Talent team in 2012 and began leading the US university recruiting team in 2018. Currently, she oversees Recruiting Operations and Employer Branding at IMC. Outside of work, you can find her hanging with her littles, in a yoga class, or volunteering at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab!
