As the current University Recruiting Leader at Fastly, she spearheaded the company’s inaugural Intern program in 2023 that hosted a diverse cohort of Software Engineer Interns. This successful program resulted in a phenomenal 100% return offer acceptance rate. She attributes this early success to aligning strategically with the business, collaborative partnerships, meaningful contributions, and immersive programming. Prior to Fastly, Christina served in a leadership capacity at Visa Inc., executing strategic University Recruiting programs for North America. In this role, she developed and delivered innovative engagement initiatives for early talent. Her proactive approach, leadership prowess, and commitment to inclusive excellence shine through in her success in developing, initiating, and managing impactful programs.

When not moving Fast with Fastly, Christina can be found making memories with her family, lifting heavy at F45, traveling on a plane, or on a cruise ship, sailing to a beautiful beach.
