Prior to Flywheel Digital, Emma built campus recruitment at ecobee, elevating it to 40 co-op placements per term, emphasizing diversity and seamless full-time transitions. With a primary focus in North America, Emma has recently navigated into global recruitment, managing complex landscapes and prioritizing exceptional candidate experiences and employee development.
