Nicole Carrea serves as Chief Partnerships Officer at StreetWise Partners, a workforce development organization based in NYC. In this capacity, Nicole works to identify and execute strategic collaborations that will drive revenue, build capacity and scale impact. In 2020 Nicole was a part of designing the organization’s Talent Services strategy which creates equity in the workforce by providing a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent, into early career roles at Fortune 500 companies.

Over a 13-year non-profit career, Nicole has specialized in corporate philanthropy and gained extensive experience in social impact, employee engagement and cross sector partnerships. Nicole has held previous positions with the National Kidney Foundation and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
