Jimez Ashby Jr. is the Program Manager for Organizational Culture & University Outreach at the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center. In this role, he leads initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture while building robust connections between academia and the federal workforce.

Jimez specializes in integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) strategies into organizational frameworks, with a focus on developing STEM talent pipelines. His expertise includes change management, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. He collaborates across organizational levels to design programs that address workforce gaps, enhance employee experiences, and support mission-critical objectives.

A human-centered and solution-oriented practitioner, Jimez is recognized for his ability to implement innovative processes and develop actionable strategies. He has spearheaded initiatives such as creating organizational culture frameworks, launching student leadership programs, and establishing educational partnership agreements that bridge academia and government.
