Becky Parson is the Director, Early Careers for Randstad Sourceright North America, where she leads strategy across RPO & MSP programs, ensuring clients' success through her guidance for attracting emerging talent.
With an impressive 25-year track record in talent attraction with companies such as AT&T, enVista and Spherion, Becky has implemented strategies to help these companies attract diverse talent into their respective early careers programs.
At AT&T, she designed innovative college solutions in a high volume environment where she led comprehensive campus strategies, developed innovative programs to overcome recruitment challenges and drove AT&T’s campus brand to new heights at core schools. Becky spearheaded the development and launch of AT&T’s 5G course taught on campus along with the on-campus sales lab partnership.
While at enVista, Becky's developed their first college recruiting strategy, driving change management and ultimately achieving a 100% intern conversion rate, along with 40% growth in the early careers program. Her efforts led to professional accolades and the establishment of strong partnerships with top universities and elevated brand awareness aligned with strategic initiatives.
In her present role, Becky draws upon her extensive experience to assist clients in attracting diverse emerging talent, nurturing dynamic early careers programs primed for sustained success.
