Amal has made significant strides in rethinking interview processes and elevating the candidate experience, building innovative recruiting strategies and programs from the ground up. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she has led global training initiatives and developed programs centered around fostering inclusive hiring practices.

Polished answers are easier to generate, coding can be assisted, and traditional indicators of readiness are becoming less reliable. So what actually matters now?
