Community Outreach Manager, California Correctional Health Care Services
Brandon Brockhouse is the Education and Community Outreach Manager at California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). In his previous role as the Workforce Consolidation & Reduction Support Manager at CCHCS, he developed a strong foundation in workforce management and operational support.
Before joining CCHCS, Brandon held several key positions, including Deputy Director of Education and Training for the California Firefighter Joint Apprenticeship Committee, Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager at the California State Teachers' Retirement System, Continuous Improvement Consultant at the California Department of Human Resources, and HR Employee Development Manager at California Family Fitness. Additionally, Brandon served for eight years in the United States Air Force, where he was the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Plans and Scheduling.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, as well as a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Illinois, pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organization and Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Development. Brandon is also certified in Total Quality Management and Life Coaching.
In his personal time, Brandon enjoys fitness activities, watching sports, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
