As budgets tighten and every hire is more closely scrutinized, we’ll also examine how teams are prioritizing investments, aligning programs to business impact, and making the case for early talent in a more constrained environment. We’ll dig into how hiring criteria, program structure, and conversion strategy are evolving and what it takes to build a high-impact internship program with fewer, more intentional hires.
