Senior Manager - Early Talents & Events, Bayer

Candace Todt serves as the Senior Manager of Early Talent and Recruitment Events for North America at Bayer. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at attracting, recruiting, and engaging talent across all experience levels within the company.

Throughout her career, Candace has prioritized meaningful connections. Her experience spans global markets across varying skills needs. In previous positions, she supported recruitment efforts for Bayer’s Crop Science division and as the North America Early Talent and Employer Brand Manager, Candace developed a comprehensive regional strategy that emphasized the fundamentals of recruitment marketing. She placed particular importance on training internal teams to maintain consistent and impactful messaging across all recruitment channels.

In her current role, Candace oversees the Early Talent and Recruitment Events team for North America. She executes upon all facets of early career hiring and programming, including supporting student and early career recruitment, providing advisory services to hiring teams, and guiding the creation of best-in-class student experiences. Candace also is responsible for developing and executing event-based hiring strategies for all skills and experience levels, ensuring that Bayer’s brand messaging and storytelling remain consistent. Her work encompasses university partnerships, outreach strategies, pipeline development, and program governance. She maintains a strong focus on quality and intentionality at scale, effectively navigating complex and rapidly evolving talent ecosystems.
