Sr. Manager, Campus & Early Careers
Flore Dorcely-Mohr joined Maximus in April 2021 and is currently the Sr. Manager of the Campus & Early Careers Recruiting team. Under the direction of her Director, Talent Acquisition, Flore executes the team’s recruiting strategy, builds trusting partnerships with college and university career centers and collaborates with business unit hiring managers to fill internship and entry-level opportunities, while managing a world-class and positive hiring experience for candidates.
In addition, Flore is involved in new hire onboarding and orientation, employee retention and mentorship efforts. She works closely with the Global Impact and Belonging department at Maximus, fostering an environment where everyone is seen, heard and can thrive. Prior to joining Maximus, Flore spent many years in higher education; she was Senior Director of Career Services at Berkeley College and also served as Assistant Director of Internships and Federal Community Service Programs at Drew University.
Throughout her career, Flore has been active within several professional development associations including the National Association of Colleges and Employers, (NACE), the Nationwide Internship Consortium (NIC), the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), and the National Society of Experiential Employers (NSEE). Most recently she served on the NACE Opportunity & Access Committee, is currently on EACE’s Programming Committee and the Membership Values Taskforce. She has been quoted as an expert in college student and graduate hiring for The Huffington Post, Nerd Wallet and Yahoo Finance.
