She partners closely with universities and hiring managers to identify and develop emerging talent while delivering high‑impact candidate experiences. Kristen brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in mental health and her lived experience as a military spouse of 20 years, which informs her passion for supporting military‑connected students, veterans, and early‑career professionals. She is a member of NACE, EACE, and SHRM and has presented at national conferences on early‑career recruiting, partnership building, and best practices in talent development.
