Nicole is on a mission to create guidance and clarity for students trying to navigate their first career and their professional life after college. Currently, Nicole serves as Director of Partner Engagement at Rewriting the Code where she helps build the personal and professional development goals of a virtual community that is home to over 25,000 women in tech. Prior to joining Rewriting the Code, Nicole was the University Recruiting Lead at Gusto where she managed the intern program and led the company's rising talent hiring strategy.
