Rachel Harrington is Director of Development, Corporate Partners at Forté, and leads the team working with companies on recruiting and talent development programs for college, MBA, and professional women. Previously, Rachel worked in corporate philanthropy at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Babson College. Prior to Babson, Rachel was an attorney with Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, where her practice focused on commercial real estate. To begin her career, Rachel worked within at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. Rachel holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law Center, and a B.A. in Music, from Syracuse University. She lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with her husband, two boys, and two dogs.
