Wahab Owolabi is the VP, Head of People & Talent at DOSS, a suite of applications that helps brands manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data. He brings leadership experience from Duolingo, Meta/Facebook, Rubrik, and Andreessen Horowitz, and has spent his career building inclusive, scalable talent strategies. At DOSS, Wahab is shaping the people infrastructure and culture that will define the company’s growth—covering hiring, development, and creating an environment where diverse teams thrive.

Wahab is also the founder OneReq, platforms that have become central hubs for talent and DEI leaders, reflecting his passion for reimagining how companies build and grow their teams.

Earlier in his career, Wahab led strategic people initiatives at Facebook/Meta for Policy, Legal, and Recruiting teams, and established the University Recruiting and Talent Programs function at Rubrik, helping the company become a top destination for engineering students and earning a spot in LinkedIn’s Top 10 Career Launching Startups. At Andreessen Horowitz, he cultivated top university talent and facilitated recruiting for portfolio companies. Wahab began in higher education at Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University, helping students launch careers in technology.

Beyond his professional roles, Wahab serves on the board of ColorStack, a nonprofit advancing underrepresented college computer science students. With a wealth of experience in venture-backed startups, big tech, and higher education, Wahab combines entrepreneurship, community-building, and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion across the tech industry.
