Highlights
- We spent our time developing longer term relationships with student orgs and non-profits focused on nurturing under represented talent that isn’t focused on immediate ROI but true partnerships seen as thought partnership and someone students can rely on
- Diving into Apprenticeship Programs (bootcamps) by partnering more with non-traditional students and making our interview process inclusive of both traditional and non-traditional students to deepen our inclusivity.
- The pandemic has left us in a dire state but as organizations we have to look at what it is compelling us to do- find alternatives and realize that those alternatives are actually making us bigger and better.
