Systemic Interventions in Emerging Talent Hiring

This panel discussed how companies build out a long-term strategic and sustainable pipeline in the emerging talent space. The conversation started by grounding the room in the systemic issues that prevent students of diverse backgrounds from breaking into tech, and then evolved to review a few tactical intervention examples that gave guests ideas to take back to their own organizations.
