One year after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, both recruiters and student job seekers continue to face new challenges and uncertainties. To successfully navigate another year of university recruitment, we believe it’s essential for campus teams to understand how college students are traversing their career search and how recruiters are responding to the changing landscape. That’s why we are excited to announce that RippleMatch will be joining URx as a Community Partner.
As a Community Partner, RippleMatch will add valuable perspective on student job seekers and the university recruiting landscape. RippleMatch regularly surveys students and the campus recruiting community to gain insight into a wide array of topics, including what underrepresented Gen Z candidates value in the workplace, the experiences of student job seekers, and trends in virtual recruitment, candidate experience, and D&I.
