With nearly a decade of experience in university and emerging talent recruiting, Char has left her mark at leading organizations including Ripple, Gem, BitGo, Robinhood, Quora, Coinbase, and Dolby Laboratories. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from DeVry University, Char combines her academic background with her wealth of industry knowledge to drive impactful programs and initiatives in early talent acquisition.
