Jacynta is a Member Experience Manager at Veris Insights, a leading firm that advances the way companies approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI, and talent management. She is passionate about bettering the world of work and increasing equitable access and practices for people of all demographics.

With a B.A. in Political Science & Peace, War, and Defense focused in Intelligence, and a minor in Social and Economic Justice from UNC, she has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Jacynta has also gained expertise in DEI initiative implementation, client services, and consulting. As a co-lead of the BIPOC Employee Resource Group, she has written a charter, served as an advisor for the Diversity Council, developed meeting programming, and conducted success metric analysis. Jacynta has also contributed to delivering granular candidate insights and providing actionable strategies to our clients.
