Nicole Geraci has more than 15 years experience in the Human Resources field. She is currently Managing Director, Human Resources at Tradeweb, a leading global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets. She has been at the company since 2015. As part of her responsibilities, Nicole partners across multiple departments both on the business side and corporate area, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. She is active in Tradeweb’s Global Women’s network, including a lead role in managing Tradeweb’s support of the American Cancer Society. She holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida and a M.S. from NYU in Human Resources Management.
