Tori is based in Boston, MA and has spent her career at the intersections of workforce development, coaching and facilitation, diversity equity and inclusion, and emerging talent. During a high school and college job with Upward Bound, Tori developed a passion for access programs and working with young people. As a Program Manager at Year Up Greater Boston, Tori honed facilitation and coaching skills, while learning new things every day about how to support aspiring professionals from historically marginalized and low-income backgrounds. At Hack.Diversity, Tori led the program team and helped to develop and deliver DEIB content for tech companies looking to improve inclusive hiring and retention practices. Most recently, Tori was hired by LinkedIn to build and launch the Possibilities in Tech Scholarship program, now supporting 50 students from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing computer science in college. In her free time, Tori is often taking a new workout class, playing a card game with friends, or traveling to visit friends or family.
