The Change Playbook: Tools for Leading Through Uncertainty

Change is inevitable, especially in the landscape of university recruiting. As leaders, how can we not just survive change, but lead through it? In this session we will:
- Identify the emotional and behavioral responses associated with each stage of the Kübler-Ross Change Curve, and learn to recognize where you are relative to the different changes you are navigating.
- Identify your dominant change style, and practice adjusting communication and collaboration to support colleagues’ and stakeholders’ change styles.

The Leaders Summit is an exclusive, limited-attendance program held the day before URx. Designed for senior leaders in University & Emerging Talent Recruiting, Talent Development, and partner organizations, it offers a curated experience of workshops, strategic discussions, and peer networking.

This Summit is for Heads of Recruiting, Talent Development executives, founders, and senior leaders from universities and partner organizations. Attendance is limited to 50 participants, ensuring a highly interactive and intimate environment.

The Summit is held the day before URx at The Midway.

 

Yes. The Summit is hosted as part of the URx experience, and registration ensures access to both the Summit and the full conference.

Expect a mix of hands-on workshops, strategic discussions, and peer networking designed to elevate thought leadership and drive organizational impact.

  • Those who are senior leaders at Universities, Talent Development or Workforce Development Organizations
  • Those who are in senior recruiting positions foccused on university & emerging talent 
  • Those who are nominated by a UR Leader to represent their team
