Our annual conference that brings together the community of passionate recruiting & developers of early in career talent as well as our partners from industry and higher education.
It is highly recommended that attendees stay at our venue hotel and take advantage of our group rates.
Each day of the conference, lunch, light snacks, and all the coffee you can drink are included with your registration. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We are happy to accommodate dietary requests.
Recruiters, talent development, workforce development, academic programs, student organization leaders, and organizations that help promote or facilitate connections at the entry point of the workforce (upskilling, returning veterans, apprenticeships, medical leave, maternity & paternity leave).
If you care about early talent recruiting, talent development, helping people launch great careers, and helping people return to the workforce you are welcome at the URx Conference!
Yes, we offer full refunds for your ticket up to 30 days before the conference. You are always welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, simply let us know at least 10 days before the conference and we will process the request.
We are always happy to have passionate people get involved and share their expertise! If you are interested in speaking, you can find the speaker application here.
The deadline to submit a proposal or express interest in speaking is March 1.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate registrations at the door. We limit the number of tickets to maintain an intimate and collaborative environment. Tickets have sold out every year of the conference and we anticipate the same this year. It is recommended that you register early to guarantee your spot.
