About the Speaker

Chelsea C. Williams is deeply passionate about a more equitable & inclusive workplace. As a Workplace Strategist, International Speaker, and the Founder & CEO of College Code, Chelsea supports award-winning global and national organizations in ensuring that DE&I is a forethought, rather than an afterthought. She has passionately spoken on advancing DE&I in the workplace at PR Council, Scholastic, and Hearst Magazines. Chelsea is a national thought leader in supporting the next generation of workers. She frequently contributes to Forbes, The Muse, the go-to destination to research companies and careers, and The National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE). Prior to founding College Code, Chelsea spent nearly 10 years on Wall Street managing & leading human capital across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Chelsea obtained her BA in Economics from Spelman College. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
